Female Pompoarism

Pompoarism for Women is a traditional oriental technique that targets the Pelvic Floor Muscles (MAP) (also known as Pubcoccidial Muscles, PC). It is a practice that dates back more than three thousand years and was introduced to the West in the 1950s through the North American gynecologist Dr. Arnold Henry Kegel.

When a woman learns to pomp, she becomes more aware of her personal power. With this knowledge, she can control the contraction and relaxation of the vaginal muscles and, therefore, have absolute control over the circumvaginal rings. The result is a fuller sex life and better health.

Many women turn to pomparism as a therapeutic practice in order to help overcome issues with urinary incontinence. Although it is most common in women over 40, it is something that can be experienced by all ages. The cause is a consequence of poor strength and tone of the muscles in the pelvic region. However, with regular practice, issues with incontinence can be completely reversed through the techniques taught on our course.  Another reason women choose to practice pomparism is to help alleviate the symptoms of PMS. The results of this can improve libido, sex life as well as allow for longer and more powerful orgasms.
